Aaaaaand we’re back!

The Ubyssey’s 105th editorial has been hard at work starting in their new roles, and we’re so excited that our first issue of the year is out now. Pick up a copy on stands across campus, or read it online.

On the cover is a beautiful feature about UBC’s Asian Canadian and Migration (ACAM) program. In 2012, 76 Japanese Canadian students who were forcibly interned during WWII received honorary degrees from UBC. Alongside the honour, UBC’s Senate committed to developing more educational initiatives about internment — which would eventually become ACAM. Read more here.
